Entry-Level Driver for Student Transportation

We are hiring in Suffolk County, Long Island. If you are without a CDL license, don’t worry We provide PAID CDL training to get you started on your new career.
What We Offer:
- Flexible Schedule: Split-shift options, including morning and afternoon shifts.
- Guaranteed Hours: 25-30 hours per week.
- PAID CDL Permit Training.
- $5000 Sign-on Bonus for fully licensed NY CDL drivers (Classes A, B, or C with P & S endorsements).
- Starting Pay Rate for Van Drivers: $24.37 (CDL A, B, or C with P and S Endorsement required).
- Earned Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay.

Job Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a school bus or van to transport students to and from school.
- Monitor traffic, road conditions, and student behavior to ensure safety.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic laws and district standards.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues.
- Assist students in boarding and exiting the vehicle safely.
Job Requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
- A valid NYS CDL Class A or B with P & S endorsements for buses, or a Class C with P & S endorsements for vans (or a willingness to obtain through our training).
- If you do not possess a CDL, you must hold a valid driver's license and complete CDL permit training.
