Job Description

SHIPPING/ RECEIVING CLERK
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Shipping/ Receiving Clerk for a company based in Calhoun, GA. In this role you will have the opportunity to coordinate the movement of materials, supplies, and products in and out of our facility, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent organizational control. This position is full-time temporary to hire.

Pay Rate
$14.50 to $15.50 per hour

Schedule and Hours
M- F, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Shipping/ Receiving Clerk Duties and Responsibilities
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Unload trucks and process goods using inventory management systems.
• Prepare and pack outgoing orders, including labeling and documentation.
• Keep the shipping/receiving area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Shipping/ Receiving Clerk Qualifications and Requirements
• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with shipping software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. (in office assessment will be conducted)
