STARK is seeking an experienced Shipping/Receiving Warehouse Lead for our Calhoun, GA location. This role is responsible for overseeing shipping and receiving operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with established processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to effectively communicate with multiple departments.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM
Job Type: Full-Time

Hiring/Retention Bonus up to $1,000 within the first year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Run daily shipping reports by carrier and stage carpet rolls for final loading.
  • Ensure 100% loading accuracy for Lift Truck Operators (LTOs).
  • Provide tracking details and mark all orders as "shipped" on a daily basis.
  • Implement best practices to optimize shipping operations.
  • Track and analyze shipping KPIs to maintain 100% on-time shipping and receiving.
  • Inspect all incoming goods for visual damage and document on Bills of Lading (BOLs).
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse teams, customer service, cut tables, fabrication, and the custom rug department.
  • Work closely with the purchasing and inventory teams to manage incoming inventory and supplies.
  • Provide updates on shipping activities and proactively address any potential delays or disruptions.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 6-9 years of experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse leadership.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments through completion.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
