Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Support:
    • Facilitate pre-access requirements for new hires, including coordinating drug, alcohol, and background testing, safety training, and necessary paperwork.
    • Assist new hires with onboarding documents, such as sign-on packages and benefit enrollment.
    • Coordinate new hire arrivals at job sites.
  • Craft Job Opportunities:
    • Post available craft job opportunities via UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group).
    • Screen craft applicants and forward relevant profiles to hiring managers.
    • Craft test applicants when needed.
  • General HR Assistance:
    • Provide additional HR support as needed for the division.
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Human Resources (preferred but not required).
