Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist – Winter Park Office

We are a leading multidisciplinary personal injury chiropractic & specialty healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional patient care across Central Florida. Our team of professionals works collaboratively to deliver high-quality medical, chiropractic, and diagnostic services in a compassionate and efficient environment.

We are currently seeking a reliable, experienced, and bilingual (English & Spanish) Front Desk Receptionist to join our Winter Park office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a patient-focused environment and enjoys being the welcoming face of a busy medical office.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude, and strong computer proficiency. You'll serve as the primary front desk contact, ensuring smooth patient flow and efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments
  • Enter and update patient data in the system
  • Coordinate transportation for patients via Lyft
  • Generate daily STAT reports through Eclipse and Google Docs
  • Assist patients with paperwork and upload documentation into the EHR
  • Translate for patients and providers as needed
  • Assist with medical records and other administrative tasks as assigned
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and uphold patient confidentiality

Preferred Experience:

  • EHR systems / Paper charts
  • Medical referrals and records requests
  • HIPAA compliance
  • Medical office experience required; chiropractic office experience is a plus

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • Overtime available after 40 hours
  • Benefits available after 60 days
