Numbers don't lie - but they do tell a story. We're looking for a Senior Accounting Manager who can make sense of the details, bring clarity to the big picture, and help drive smart financial decisions in a fast-growing, creative, manufacturing business based in West Hollywood.

This role is perfect for someone who is comfortable deep-diving into reconciliations, as they are partnering with cross-functional teams to keep the business moving forward. You'll oversee financial reporting, inventory accounting, and month-end close, while also helping streamline processes, improve systems, and support growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead monthly and year-end close, ensuring accurate GAAP-compliant reporting.
  • Own inventory accounting, costing, and valuation across multiple channels.
  • Prepare budget-to-actual variance analysis and deliver insights to leadership.
  • Manage payroll, sales & use tax compliance, and fixed asset accounting.
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, production, and e-commerce teams.
  • Support treasury, cash management, and banking relationships.
  • Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes and systems.
  • Provide support for audits, tax filings, and ad hoc financial analysis.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA is a huge plus.
  • 8+ years of progressive accounting experience (retail, fashion, or manufacturing a plus).
  • Strong command of US GAAP, inventory accounting, and cost analysis.
  • ERP experience (NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, modeling).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical with a proactive mindset.
  • Strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
