Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations, preparing and filing tax returns as required.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of accounting operations.
- Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts, providing variance analysis and recommendations.

- Coordinate and support internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules and responding to audit inquiries.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of accounting experience in managing financial records and transactions.

- Experience in reconciling cash accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
- Skilled in accounts payable reconciliations, including vendor statement reconciliations and resolving payment issues.
- Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite), advanced Excel skills and Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Meticulous in reviewing financial documents and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
