ServiceNow Engineer / Developer || Denver, CO - Onsite || Contract

Role Description:
  • Operational coverage: One U.S.-based and one offshore resource to enable 24-hour support.
  • Release & configuration: Deploy configuration updates and manage releases across instances.
  • User & role administration: Create, modify, and audit users, groups, and roles.
  • Module management: Install, upgrade, and retire ServiceNow modules as needed.
  • Integrations: Maintain and enhance existing connections with Jira, GitLab, Q-Test, etc.
  • Design and implement new integrations from scratch where gaps exist.
  • Self-sufficiency & knowledge transfer: Able to operate independently from day one and train internal team members on best practices.

Experience (Years): 8-10
