ServiceNow Business Analyst - Job Description:
We are seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team responsible for the design and deployment of the ServiceNow HR module and the initial template design and deployment. This project is ongoing and may extend into a second phase covering 2026. The role will start immediately.

ServiceNow Business Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Define work processes to be developed/deployed from the ServiceNow HR Module
• Work with various process owners and request type owners to define and map requirements, workflows, and use cases
• Collaborate with developers to transcribe forms/workflows into ServiceNow from bespoke requirements
• Plan, document, and perform testing through the QA cycle, including utilizing ALM
• Work with the QA department through the testing/QA cycle
• Coordinate release through the Change Management process
• Work directly with end users to resolve escalated issues/defects within ServiceNow
• Evaluate requirement changes and provide feedback to ensure alignment with original design objectives

ServiceNow Business Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• Previous experience within the ServiceNow environment
• Experience with the ServiceNow HR module
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Experience in coordinating releases through Change Management
• Ability to work directly with end users to resolve issues

ServiceNow Business Analyst - Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with ALM
• Experience in a remote work setting
• Familiarity with QA processes
• Knowledge of workflow mapping
• Experience in requirement evaluation

ServiceNow Business Analyst - Assignment Length:
This is a temporary position running until the end of the year, with a potential second phase covering 2026.
