Job Description
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Lead project teams and provide guidance to ensure successful project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and standards.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and financial reports.
- Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals.
- Monitor and report on project progress to senior management and clients.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Executive should have:
- Proven experience managing construction projects within the Business Services industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of construction codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- A degree or certification in construction management or a related field is preferred.
- Competitive salary ranging from $200000 to $220000 USD annually.
