LanceSoft is seeking a Social Work Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a local contract job in Bronx, New York.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: Licensed Clinical Social WorkerDiscipline: Social WorkStart Date: 02/09/2026Duration: 52 weeks40 hours per weekShift: 8 hours, daysEmployment Type: Local ContractJob Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Job Type: Hybrid Full-TimeLocation: Bronx, NYJob Description / Responsibilities:Conduct assessments of patients referred by Primary Care Providers using evidence-based assessment toolsProvide treatment for behavioral health conditions using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, crisis intervention, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and behavioral activationMake treatment recommendations during collaborative care team meetingsMonitor patient progress through care planning and coordination with clinical teams and health homesProvide crisis intervention and risk assessment services as neededEngage clients with limited utilization of behavioral health services through outreach effortsDocument clinical services accurately and in a timely manner using electronic health recordsProvide clinical supervision and consultation in the absence of the Clinical Manager Qualifications / Requirements:Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited institutionAbility to use behavioral health screening tools and perform biopsychosocial assessmentsProficiency in electronic health records (EHR) for clinical documentation and review of patient dataStrong communication skills to convey clinical information clearly to integrated care teams (PCP, NP/MD, Health Home Care Management staff)Bilingual in English and Spanish preferredAbout LanceSoftEstablished in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
