LanceSoft is seeking a Social Work LMSW - Licensed Master Social Worker for a local contract job in Bronx, New York.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: LMSW - Licensed Master Social WorkerDiscipline: Social WorkStart Date: 01/29/2026Duration: 52 weeks40 hours per weekShift: 8 hours, days, eveningsEmployment Type: Local ContractJob SummaryPosition Title: Licensed Master Social Worker/ Licensed Clinical Social Worker- Hybrid opportunitiesReporting to: Office DivisionJob Summary: The Licensed Master Social Worker will be responsible to perform daily social work operations ResponsibilitiesAssessment of patients referred by Primary Care Provider (PCP) using evidenced based assessment tools.Treatment of behavioral health conditions using evidenced based approaches (CBT, Motivational Interviewing, crisis intervention, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and behavioral activation).Make treatment recommendations during collaborative care team meetingsMonitor treatment through care planning and coordination of care with clinical team and health homes.Provide crisis intervention services and risk assessment of patients as needed.Engage clients with limited utilization of behavioral health service through outreach efforts.Document services in a timely fashion.Engage in weekly clinical supervisionEngage in team meetings and case conferences as needed.QualificationsLMSW LicensureMaster of Social Work Degree from accredited institutionAbility to utilize behavioral health screening tools and perform biopsychosocial assessmentsUtilize DSM-V diagnostic criteria to diagnoses and treat behavioral health conditionsAssess for risk and collaborate with psychiatric and clinical team around risk managementAbility to utilize electronic health records for documentation of clinical services and review of relevant health data.Communicate clinical information in a succinct and comprehensive way to integrated care teams, inclusive of PCP, NP/MD, and Health Home Care Management staff.Bilingual Spanish strongly preferredAbout LanceSoftEstablished in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
