LanceSoft is seeking a Social Work LMSW - Licensed Master Social Worker for a local contract job in Bronx, New York.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: LMSW - Licensed Master Social WorkerDiscipline: Social WorkStart Date: 02/08/2026Duration: 52 weeks40 hours per weekShift: 8 hours, daysEmployment Type: Local ContractPosition Title: Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) – Hybrid OpportunitiesJob Type: Hybrid Full-TimeLocation: Bronx, NYJob Summary:The Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) is responsible for performing daily social work operations, providing behavioral health services, and collaborating with clinical teams to ensure high-quality patient care.Responsibilities:Conduct assessments of patients referred by Primary Care Providers (PCPs) using evidence-based assessment toolsProvide treatment for behavioral health conditions using approaches such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, crisis intervention, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and behavioral activationMake treatment recommendations during collaborative care team meetingsMonitor patient progress through care planning and coordination with clinical teams and health homesProvide crisis intervention services and risk assessment as neededEngage clients with limited utilization of behavioral health services through outreach effortsQualifications:Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited institutionExperience utilizing behavioral health screening tools and performing biopsychosocial assessmentsProficiency in using DSM-V criteria to diagnose and treat behavioral health conditionsAbility to assess risk and collaborate with psychiatric and clinical teams on risk managementExperience with electronic health records (EHR) for documentation and clinical data reviewStrong communication skills to convey clinical information to integrated care teams.Therapy experience requiredBilingual Spanish strongly preferredAbout LanceSoftEstablished in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
