Alden Capital Management is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our top-producing, independent wealth management firm. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys client interaction, event planning, and marketing. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will enhance client relationships, manage administrative tasks, and drive marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Office Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings, manage staff calendars
  • Assist with client inquiries, follow-ups, and document preparation
  • Order and maintain office supplies

 Administrative & Operational Support

  • Prepare, organize, and distribute client portfolio reviews
  • Maintain electronic files and ensure document accuracy
  • Prepare correspondence and reports for advisors and clients
  • Assist with client paperwork

Marketing & Client Engagement

  • Plan and coordinate client events (both virtual and in-person)
  • Manage social media accounts: Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn
  • Assist with client communications, newsletters, and email campaigns
  • Help develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility

What you will bring:

  • Ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience; minimum of 3+ years of experience in an administrative support, marketing, or a client-facing role
  • A bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and social media platforms
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to plan events and create engaging social media content
  • A passion for client service
  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed
