About the Job
The Customer Service Manager plays a critical role in providing individualized care that suits the needs of each client in the comfort of their homes. Your responsibilities will include overseeing quality care and overall client satisfaction, supervising and providing guidance to caregivers who provide direct care to clients, managing employee scheduling, identifying problem situations, and implementing proactive solutions, maintaining strong and positive relationships with referral partners, payor sources, and clients, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping, and conducting periodic home visits and safety checks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need an associate or bachelor's degree in business, nursing, social services, or a related field of study (per regulatory requirements), accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement, valid driver's license and auto insurance, effective verbal and written communication, and excellent customer service skills.
