We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Manager to oversee the delivery of exceptional care and support to our valued clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing quality care, customer service, employee performance, and overall client satisfaction.

About the Job

The Customer Service Manager plays a critical role in providing individualized care that suits the needs of each client in the comfort of their homes. Your responsibilities will include overseeing quality care and overall client satisfaction, supervising and providing guidance to caregivers who provide direct care to clients, managing employee scheduling, identifying problem situations, and implementing proactive solutions, maintaining strong and positive relationships with referral partners, payor sources, and clients, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping, and conducting periodic home visits and safety checks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
