Job SummaryThe Client Relationship Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and outreach.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive research and outreach.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting to ensure timely completion of department initiatives and action items.
- 10 or more years of business development/client relationship-oriented experience or at least 15 years of directly related construction project management experience.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Outstanding presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Construction Management or equivalent.
