Job Title: Remote Account Executive | Work From Home (U.S.) Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated work from home Account Executive to drive new business, manage client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. In this fully remote role, you will oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and maintaining long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and inbound leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account success.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management in a remote work setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or consultative selling.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
  • Background in a high-growth or startup environment is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 per year + commission (based on experience and performance).
