This role offers an excellent opportunity to drive growth and foster strategic partnerships within a nationally recognized sales training community. Business Development Manager Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with current sponsors, offering tailored solutions to meet their talent acquisition needs. Collaborate with leadership to develop customized service packages that maximize value and revenue. Identify, target, and acquire new corporate partners and sponsors to expand NSN’s influence in the sales industry. Lead negotiations and close agreements for sponsorships and talent acquisition programs. Manage fundraising initiatives, including securing grants for key conferences and designing engaging programs to attract sponsor involvement. Business Development Manager Qualifications: Proven experience in corporate sales, business development, or related roles. Strong relationship management skills with a consultative approach. Ability to develop customized proposals and negotiate contracts effectively. Experience supporting fundraising efforts and managing revenue reporting.
