Through close cross-company collaboration, we control network elements, connect sensor applications with the cloud and create future-proof devices for smart industrial applications.Position Overview:As a Business Development Manager , you will identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US market, drive company growth, and support the development of a dedicated US team for the HK.Systems group. This is a strategic role with the potential to grow into a VP function.Key Responsibilities:Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive company growthBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customersManage the full business development cycle, from prospecting and proposal creation to contract negotiation and closingCollaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams in Germany and the USConduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential sectorsManage customer care and ensure high levels of client satisfactionIdentify and negotiate strategic partnerships, alliances, and distribution channelsMonitor competitors and industry developments to refine positioning and strategyRequirements:Bachelor's degree in business, Communications or related fieldDemonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B environmentsStrong ability to structure and close complex deals with multiple stakeholdersProven experience in business development, sales, or account management in relevant industriesStrong knowledge of Med-Tech, Mining, Sensors, Aviation, Semiconductor, or related sectors is a plusExcellent communication and relationship management skills, German language knowledge and intercultural experience a plusStrategic thinking and ability to develop growth plansWillingness to travel as requiredPerspective, Career Growth & Benefits:Opportunity to build and lead the US team of the HK.Systems groupPotential to grow into a VP-level leadership roleCompetitive 25 days PTO and sick leave packagePaid U.S. federal holidaysWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and make recruitment, employment, promotional, and all other personnel decisions without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
