This is a hybrid role focused on building and expanding referral relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, realtors, and commercial clients. Ideal for a driven, strategic professional with documented sales success in mitigation and restoration services. Key Responsibilities:Drive new business growth through proactive outreach and strategic sales initiativesCultivate, grow, and maintain relationships with commercial referral partners including adjusters, brokers, property managers, and facility directorsCreate and execute targeted growth plans for high-value accountsRepresent Puroclean at industry networking events, association meetings, trade shows, and client lunchesEducate prospects on Puroclean's services, mitigation timelines, and insurance coordinationCollaborate with operations and project teams to ensure a smooth customer handoffMaintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records and sales trackingPrepare and present custom proposals and service agreementsMeet or exceed monthly sales goals, KPIs, and revenue targetsStay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamicsQualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate degree or equivalent experience acceptableMinimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within restoration, construction, or property servicesDocumented sales results in commercial mitigation/restoration requiredStrong CRM and sales process management skillsProfessional sales training and certifications highly preferredExcellent interpersonal and presentation skills - people must like and trust youSelf-starter with a competitive mindset and high compensation motivationProficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and mobile sales platformsMust have valid driver's license and reliable transportationWillingness to attend occasional evening or weekend eventsBenefits:Base salary + commission + performance/year-end bonusesCompany vehicle or car allowanceHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid Time Off (vacation, sick, holidays)Professional training and ongoing developmentTech package (smartphone or tablet)Bi-weekly pay cycleCompany events and team culture-building activitiesSchedule:Full-Time - Monday through FridayOccasional weekend or evening hours for events or client needsLocation:Hybrid - mix of remote work, in-office presence, and field travel in Baltimore City, surrounding counties and Washington DC.Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Statement:We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
