Restoration/Mitigation Lead TechnicianPuroClean Emergency Restoration, a rapidly growing full service restoration company, seeks experienced restoration technicians to join our team in Linthicum Heights, MD. Normal work hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am-4-5pm with a mandatory on call rotation. We offer a comprehensive benefits package to all full-time employees after a 90-day trial period.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Mitigation of water, fire, mold, biohazard in homes and commercial buildingsBusiness process adherence and SLA (Service Level Agreement) complianceProjection documentation and photographing throughout mitigation processDemolitionCleaningContents cleaning and pack outPossibly some light constructionQualifications:A minimum of 2 years' experience working in the restoration mitigation industryIICRC Restoration Industry Certification in Water Restoration, advanced structural drying, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Mold & Biohazard Remediation, Carpet Cleaning.Committed to being "World Class"Energetic, reliable and positive team member who is willing to learn new skills and have a "can do" attitudeStrong customer service skills.
