Project Manager - Lead Restoration/Mitigation TechnicianPuroClean Emergency Restoration seeks experienced Project Managers, Lead Restoration Technicians & helpers to join our team in Linthicum Heights & Hunt Valley, MD. Normal work hours are Monday-Friday 7:30-4/5pm with a mandatory on call rotation. We offer a comprehensive benefits package to all full-time employees after a 90-day trial period.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Scoping & executing Mitigation Projects of water, fire, mold, biohazard in homes and commercial buildings. Specialty cleaning & deodorization.Business Process Adherence and SLA (Service Level Agreement) ComplianceProjection Documentation and Photographing throughout mitigation processProficiency in the use of chosen software systems.Demolition, Cleaning, Contents cleaning and pack outPossibly some light construction including board upsDesired Qualifications:Ideally a minimum of 2 years' experience working in the restoration mitigation industry or other relevant experienceIICRC Restoration Industry Certification in Water Restoration, ASD - Advanced Structural Drying, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Mold & Biohazard Remediation, Carpet Cleaning.Committed to being "World Class"Energetic, reliable and positive team member who is willing to learn new skills and have a "can do" attitudeStrong customer service skills. As such, you will be expected to be responsive during business hours and after.
