In this strategic role, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth within the Semiconductor, Fiber Optics, Industrial Automation and Electric Vehicle Battery industries.What You'll Do:Develop and execute regional sales strategies to capture new business and expand market share.Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at OEMs and emerging accounts.Identify opportunities to introduce innovative solutions and onboard strategic clients.Analyze market trends to advise leadership on new product opportunities.Own annual sales budgets, quarterly forecasts, and performance reporting.Lead contract negotiations and secure multi-year agreements with global clients.Inspire, mentor, and drive a high-performing sales and customer service team.
