About the Role:Are you a strong communicator who enjoys helping customers and solving problems?MyCorporation by Deluxeis looking for a motivated Inside Sales Specialistto join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative environment, enjoys building relationships, and is driven to close sales through meaningful conversations.You’ll be the first point of contact for clients who have previously connected withMyCorporation by Deluxe. Your mission is to understand their needs, recommend the right solutions, and ensure a smooth and accurate order process.What You’ll Do:Handle inbound calls from existing and prospective clientsConduct discovery conversations to understand client needsRecommendMyCorporation by Deluxeservices and close sales with accuracyFollow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover new opportunitiesManage customer accounts and track sales conversionsUse phone, email, and social media to maintain relationships and build a strong pipelineAccurately document customer interactions and confirm order detailsBasic Qualifications:Education and Experience: HS/GED and 2 years of related experience Experience with Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)Preferred Qualifications:Education: Associate DegreeExperience: Exceptional phone and interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.Additional Basic Qualifications:Must be 18 years of age or olderCompensationThe compensation range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00 hourly. This position will be eligible for commission.
