Nursing and Rehab - Position: Staffing CoordinatorLocation: Boynton Beach, FloridaShift: Full-TimePay Range: $23 – $26 per hour (based on experience) About the Role Nursing and Rehab is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team. In this essential administrative role, you will ensure the nursing department is fully and efficiently staffed to meet resident care needs. You will manage schedules, oversee attendance, and work closely with department leadership to support smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and current contact lists for all nursing staff Track and document attendance, tardiness, and absences daily Notify the Director of Nursing (DON) of scheduling or attendance concerns in accordance with facility policy Collaborate with HR and the DON to schedule modified-duty staff as needed Assist employees with timecards, day-off requests, and scheduling forms Create and post monthly nursing schedules based on census and departmental needs Address employee inquiries regarding schedules, timecards, and shift coverage Ensure new hires receive ID badges, timecards, and schedules prior to orientation Maintain up-to-date records of staff certifications and licenses Monitor staffing levels to meet census-based needs while controlling overtime Prepare payroll reports for the nursing department and coordinate staffing agency support Provide coverage for Unit Secretary duties when required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Staffing Coordinator in a healthcare or skilled nursing facility Knowledge of PPD/AHCA requirements Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Benefits Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical & Dental Insurance Employee Recognition Programs and Company Perks Supportive, Team-Oriented Work Environment 1 Personal Floating Holiday Join Our Team Are you an organized and dependable professional who thrives in a dynamic healthcare setting?Apply today and become part of the compassionate, dedicated team at Nursing and Rehab in Boynton Beach, Florida IND123
