Let's elevate your business together.About the Role:Second Wind Media is currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a go-getter attitude and a knack for building strong, lasting relationships. As our Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and cultivating partnerships with American clients, helping to increase our client base and support our growth in international markets.Key Responsibilities:Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities with potential American clients through market research, networking, and lead generation.Develop and implement robust strategies for client acquisition and retention.Liaise closely with our marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.Keep up to date with industry trends and market changes in both APAC and American markets.Represent Second Wind Media in a professional and engaging manner at industry events and meetings.What we're looking for:Proven experience in business development, preferably in the marketing sector.Proficiency in building strong relationships with international clients, particularly American businesses.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Competitive spirit with a drive for results and a passion for exceeding targets.Flexibility to work across different time zones when needed.The ability to work autonomously while also being a team player.THIS role requires thick skin, and proven sales ability.BIG PLUS IF YOU NOT ONLY HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SALES, BUT IN OBTAINING COMPANY SPONSORSHIPSWhy join us?: At Second Wind Media, we believe in nurturing talent and encouraging personal and professional growth.
