Position Summary We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in our service territories for all brands and divisions. The selected candidate will identify, pursue, and secure new business relationships in the commercial cleaning, janitorial, maintenance/construction and electrical sectors. The ideal applicant has experience building relationships with decision makers for property management and facility management firms and a proven track record of achieving growth goals. This position reports to senior leadership and works closely with operations, to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Key ResponsibilitiesProspect, qualify, and generate leads within property management, commercial real estate, facility management, corporate, hospitality, healthcare, educational, and retail sectorsConduct outreach through cold calls, emails, referrals, networking events, industry trade shows, and digital platformsDevelop and deliver persuasive proposals, presentations, and tailored service packagesMaintain a strong sales pipeline and track all metrics through CRM systemsBuild long-term client relationships and encourage renewals and service expansionsAttend industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leadsDevelop messaging and outreach strategies, including creation of content for social media/digital platforms, building a strong following for company and leadership accountsStay informed on competitor activity, pricing, and market trendsMeet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsQualificationsMinimum of three years of B2B sales experience, preferably in facility services, janitorial, HVAC, construction, or property services.
