First Look: Product Director, First Party DataWe are seeking an exceptional Product Director, First Party Data (title to vary with seniority) to lead a team focused on strategy & execution for first-party data across The Arena Group’s portfolio of brands. You will work closely across stakeholders including Executives, Engineering and Editorial teams, leading projects from ideation to completion. You will leverage the scale and resources of a successful, well-known business combined with the nimbleness and forward-looking feel of a startup.Ideal candidates possess big-picture vision yet the drive and attention to detail to make that vision a reality. You must enjoy spending time with customers and evangelizing their needs. You have a proven track record for driving audience and revenue growth. You have developed and managed products and services that generate meaningful audience engagement. You are a self-starter, balancing strategic thinking with outstanding execution – holding yourself and your team accountable to delivering successful outcomes. You enjoy solving complex business problems at the core of the digital transformation of a world-leading media company. You are creative and capable of formulating bold product strategies.The Arena Group’s expected annualized base salary range for this position is currently $150,000-$200,000. Actual salaries will vary based on multiple factors including, but not limited to location, education, experience, and other factors permitted by law.
