Overview

We're seeking a visionary Director of Product Management to lead the strategy, execution, and market delivery of our proprietary software products. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about shaping the future of AI-driven B2B solutions.



Responsibilities

Own the Product Vision: Define and evolve the product roadmap across multiple applications, aligning with business goals and market needs.Drive B2B Innovation: Leverage deep experience in both enterprise-level SaaS and broader B2B software to deliver impactful solutions for complex client environments.Lead with AI & Automation: Strategically guide and contribute hands-on to the development of intelligent automation and AI-powered features.Be the Voice of the Customer: Synthesize client and stakeholder feedback into clear, prioritized product requirements and positioning strategies.Champion Agile Execution: Serve as Product Owner, collaborating with cross-functional teams (UX, Engineering, QA, Architecture, PMO) to deliver high-quality releases.Enable Go-to-Market Success: Partner with operations, sales, and marketing to ensure readiness and adoption of new products and features.

Qualifications

Minimum Education Requirements:   

Bachelor's degree

Minimum Experience Requirements:  

7+ years in product management, with a strong track record in B2B software (enterprise and mid-market).Strategic and hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies and complex automation.Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.Proven ability to write clear business requirements and define success metrics.Experience working with global teams and enterprise clients.Bonus (but not required): Background in coding, Big Data, eDiscovery, or Information Governance.
