This role requires a construction-savvy leader who thrives on bringing projects from concept to completion. You'll manage workflows, coordinate across departments, communicate directly with clients and installation teams, and ensure that every job meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. Learn more at www.coastalcanvas.com Key Responsibilities Manage custom awning/canopy/screen projects from kickoff through final installMaintain daily communication with Sales Manager and Production ManagerConduct field measurements, site inspections, and verify jobsite conditionsCoordinate schedules, materials, and installers to meet deadlinesTrack project budgets, job costs, and client updatesAttend and contribute to weekly production meetingsTroubleshoot site issues and escalate solutions quicklyUse CAD drawings and technical specs to guide project executionMaintain CRM records, project documentation, and regular reporting Qualifications 3+ years of experience in project management, construction, or related fieldAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent industry experienceBackground in awnings, metal fabrication, or construction is a strong plusComfortable reading technical drawings and specsProficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and project management softwareBasic CAD experience is a major advantageAbility to calculate measurements and basic geometryExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem-solving and leadership abilitiesLocal travel required (company vehicle provided) Benefits $75,000 per year + annual bonusBi-weekly pay cycleCompany vehicle for local job travelMedical, dental, and vision insuranceLife and disability insurance optionsPaid time off (vacation and holidays)401(k) retirement plan with company matchSafety equipment providedSmartphone/tablet tech packageCompany events and team-building cultureLong-term growth opportunities Schedule Full-TimeMonday to Friday Location Based in Savannah, GALocal travel required for jobsite visits and field work Equal Employment Opportunity Statement We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
