Responsibilities Manage project issues and risks, ensuring a balance between scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks. Create and maintain a detailed project plan for timely, budget-friendly, and quality results Ensure accurate development and traceability of requirements throughout the project Manage the change enablement process throughout project duration. Handle client interactions, updates, and representation at governance meetings. Manage and develop customer relationships and perceptions to achieve mutual goals. Manage company and subcontractor staff assigned to the project. Determine the project approach, staffing, responsibilities, and schedule. Ensure that project resources are well-trained and effectively utilized Manage onshore, offshore, and nearshore workforces and Service Licensing Agreements (SLAs). Assist in the sales process, including estimating work effort and expenses using Company's standard tools Education and Work Experience Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or relevant field. Minimum 4-5 years of consulting project management experience. PMP certification preferred but not required. Knowledgeable in Microsoft technologies and IT-related concepts. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent time management and ability to work with clients and internal teams to meet deadlines.
