Dal-Tile is currently seeking an exceptional Intern – Sales Operations to join our TEAM As the Intern – Sales Operations we need someone who is ready to perform reporting and clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed.

THIS ROLE IS NOT B2B OR B2C DOES NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP Candidate MUST be located in DFW area, NOT a remote opportunity This is a SUMMER 2025 opportunity   Objective: Works under general supervision of assigned department. Candidate will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of Dal-Tile daily routines and procedures and will focus on learning how the organization runs.

Major Function and Scope:
  • Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information; oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers.
  • Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed.
  • Assist in preparing information and research materials; create and maintain PowerPoint presentations.
  • Run general industry related errands.
  • Attend company functions and networking events.
  • Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks.
  • Handle basic reporting.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Experience and Knowledge Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year of experience in equivalent field preferred.

Competencies:
  • Basic computer skills in spreadsheets, charts and word-processing. 
  • Oral and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
