We have 27 years of experience working within a wide range of industries to boost regional, national, and international sales performance for our clients.

About the Outside Sales Representative:

The Outside Sales Representative is a dynamic professional who excels in growing relationships between both client and potential prospect. This representative will, while utilizing a CRM, create and own a prospect list consisting of professionals such as financial advisors, brokers/dealers and look to create a positive client/prospect relationship while introducing Rastegar Capital as a potential investment partner. The Outside Sales Representative will develop a positive relationship with their prospect and ultimately look to schedule a meeting between professional and Rastegar Capital. 

Qualifications of the Outside Sales Representative:
  • Sales professional who is motivated, ambitious, and relentless in their desire to get results 
  • Personable and outgoing with the ability to command the room and capture an audience 
  • Excels at interpersonal communication and has an innate ability to connect with others  
  • Business professional approach with a neat, well-presenting appearance is expected 
  • Ability to travel within the directed territory to focus on building a book of business
Benefits Offered to this Candidate:
  • Base pay plus uncapped commission 
  • Earning potential of $85,000+ - $120,000+ 
  • 10 Paid Holidays 
  • 2 Weeks of PTO 
  • Health, Dental, and Vision Plans 
  • 401K (after 1 year) 
Work Schedule
  • Full-time – 8 hours a day 
  • Ideal schedule is Monday thru Friday, but flexibility is needed to meet prospects needs 
  • Typical shift would be between 8A and 6P
