Prior experience in the mortgage industry is not mandatory - the right mindset, enthusiasm, work ethic, attitude, and attitude are a mustStart a career that motivates you to thrive, recognizes your commitment, and provides exceptional mentorship from industry experts.Compensation:$55,000 - $60,000 + bonusResponsibilities:Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and increase market share in the Colorado market.Cultivate and nurture relationships with industry professionals, ensuring a strong network within the mortgage industry.Collaborate with the Branch Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities, enhancing our brand's visibility.Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent our company and build lasting professional connections.Execute a comprehensive follow-up plan to maintain engagement with potential and existing clients.Set up and coordinate appointments for the Branch Manager, ensuring seamless communication and scheduling.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights and recommendations for business development strategies.Qualifications:Working knowledge of Microsoft Office required.Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills.Ability to work well under pressure and adjust to a varied workload.Must be independent, self-motivated, and organized.Motivated by income potential and financially driven.Competitive mindset.Natural ability to connect with people and build rapport quickly.Exceptional networker and relationship builder.Positive attitude and energy when representing the team, brand, and reputation.Creative and outside-of-the-box thinker who can bring new ideas to the table.About CompanyCrossCountry Mortgage is more than a mortgage When we started in 2003, our President and CEO, Ronald J.
