We’re looking for a dynamic Product Manager for Treasury Management, Digital and Payments to help us to create compelling products with a clear and easy customer experience that will drive our expansion and deepening of business and commercial relationships. This role will be responsible for developing tactical plans for our Treasury Management and related Digital and Payment projects in collaboration with the Head of Digital Strategy and will assume responsibility for execution of approved plans. The role applies advanced concepts around Treasury Management and Payments. You are innovative, adaptable, and forward-thinking with excellent attention to detail and have a proven track record of managing small to large scale treasury projects and delivering successful results. We value collaboration and work closely with our partners in technology, sales, customer service, operations, marketing, training, and finance to deliver cohesive experiences from initial customer impressions to post-onboarding customer support.

  • Strategize under the direction of Head of Digital Strategy to deliver modern, scalable Treasury Management and related Digital and Payment solutions to the market.
  • Perform product management activities for existing solution(s) and manage a growing P&L.
  • Collaborate with partners in operations, technology, sales, marketing and client care to improve customer experience and communication.
  • Drive business and financial results through the selection, design, development and promotion of new and existing products or experiences utilizing traditional and emerging capabilities in technology, operations, and data analytics to offer customers a differentiated product experience.
  • Use knowledge of emerging technologies to deliver products to customers through all applicable channels. Prioritize and makes decisions regarding product recommendations under the direction of Head of Digital Strategy. Develop business case, business plan and roll-out of specific products or experiences.
  • Monitor the marketplace to assess product, technology, and market trends to identify a market need or opportunity. Recommend new products or enhancements to existing products or experiences and develops and designs innovative features.
  • Manage the development, production, roll-out, pricing or promotion of specific products, and recognize, anticipate and resolve operational and process problems that arise.
  • Partner with key stakeholders including sales, marketing, digital channel delivery, and other internal service partners.
  • Participate in client-facing and external stakeholder activities to ensure all product offerings or experiences meet strategic goals.
  • Develop product-specific marketing initiatives.
  • Support risk management, compliance and audit needs as part of the first line of defense.
  • Drive business, financial and customer experience results of new and existing products and recommend modifications in product features and/or marketing to improve results.

Other Duties

  • Complies with all policies and procedures as applied to the Bank's BSA/AML policy.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Office environment with job duties conducted via telephone, face to face meetings, and on the computer.

Physical Demands

This position requires manual dexterity, the ability to lift files and opening cabinets. This position requires bending, stooping or standing as necessary.

Travel

Travel may be required for this position.

Education and Experience

  • Requires a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Treasury Management. Additional experience in the Digital Banking and/or Treasury Management environment is preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree with focus in Technology, Design, Entrepreneurship, Analytics, Marketing, Business, or similar field is preferred.
  • CTP, AAP, AIPMM or related field certification a plus.
  • A minimum of 7 years working in the Financial Services industry is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years working in the Digital Banking or Treasury Management environment or similar is preferred.
  • A minimum of at least 2 years of product management experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education is preferred.
