We’re searching for a Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can skillfully create, implement and optimize digital components of programs
 
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to own digitally driven campaigns across a variety of clients and channels, including but not limited to web experience, email marketing, social media, virtual events and AI/AR integration. Part project manager, part creative thinker, and fully digitally competent, this person will be expected to produce and execute outstanding strategies, while also overseeing associated timelines, resources, and budgets. The Digital Marketing Specialist will serve as a key conduit between the Strategy, Creative and Account Services teams to ensure seamless communication and efficiency. A best-fit for this role will be skilled not only supporting strategies and running with the day-to-day of campaign implementation, but have expert writing and content creation talents. Ideal for someone with a tactical digital marketing background who is now ready to stretch those skills into developing creative strategies.
 
  • Conceptualize and facilitate digital engagement strategies based on client needs, spanning from UGC initiatives to virtual webinar series.
  • Build innovative pitches and presentations to succinctly communicate strategies, concepts and opportunities to both clients and internal stakeholders. 
  • Manage the implementation of web projects, from design to production to go-live.
  • Drive cohesive, engaging content strategies, tailored to channel best practices; collaborate with Creative teammates to ensure well-crafted assets and messaging.
  • Own social media and community management; identify and consult on potential paid social and influencer marketing opportunities.
  • Support agency marketing efforts across owned channels, ideating on opportunities to engage a B2B audience while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Report on program KPIs and present potential optimizations for improvement, as related to web, email and social media.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of client expectations, creative strategies and digital metrics to drive both objective and subjective wins.
  • Adhere to project timelines and budgets.
 
 
What You’re All About:
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Experience executing digital events, including webinars and/or live-streams.
  • Experience supporting website builds; WordPress familiarity is a must.
  • Experience with content creation; Adobe Creative Cloud familiarity is a HUGE plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with clients and team members.
  • Experience in the following is a plus: Email marketing, influencer marketing, performance marketing, paid digital media, digital activation production, creative strategy. 
  • Proficiency in the following platforms is a plus: Capsule, Figma, HubSpot, Sprout Social, Stage Ten, Tagger.
