Experienced Title Insurance Account Executive



Best Homes Title is currently expanding our West Michigan Title Insurance sales team and looking to add an experienced Account Executive. This position will require the development of new relationships, maintenance of existing client base and, has an aggressive commission structure for the right individual. The preferred candidate mandates experience in developing long term customer relationships with Real Estate Agents, Lenders, Builders or Attorneys. There is a large territory available, which includes the Grand Rapids area as well as Northern Kent County. Other included counties would be Montcalm County, Newaygo County, Mecosta County, Ottawa County, Allegan County and more.


Duties:
Develop new client relationships and secure orders from new customers.

Maintain and expand existing business with current client base as assigned.
Be highly visible in a designated marketing area by attending and participating in real estateand industryrelated functions.
Communicate proactively with clients and respond in a timely manner to meet client needs and expectations.


Qualifications:
2+ years experience as an Account Executive or Sales Representative for a title company or similar field.
Professional written and oral communication skills a must.
Ability to influence others with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Education:
