Part Time Receptionist

We are a CPA firm in the West Kendall area with a domestic and international client base looking for a Part time receptionist/office clerk to oversee our front desk and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to the highest quality standards. You will be the first point of contact for our company and one of your primary duties will be to welcome and provide a friendly and professional experience to our clients and guests in person and by telephone. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.
Responsibilities:
-Manage and process documents as required by office procedures
-Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
-Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
-Hands-on experience with office equipment
-Update calendars and Schedule
-Perform collection calls to clients.
-Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
-Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
-Make bank deposits
-Prepare outgoing mail packages
-Take letters/packages to the post office
-Keep calendar for conference room meetings
-Prepare conference room for meetings
-Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks as required
-Punctual with strong attendance history
Skills:
-Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
-Professional attitude and appearance
-Solid verbal communication skills
-Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
-Excellent organizational skills
-Internet competence for work-related tasks
-Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
-Languages: English and Spanish
-Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Suite
