• Experience in handling front desk activities such as greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries, and handling requests or complaints.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
• Knowledge of banking products and services would be advantageous.
• High school diploma or equivalent education level is necessary.
• Detail oriented appearance and attitude are mandatory.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in using office equipment, including printers and fax machines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
