We are seeking an Account Manager to assist with the Accounting Function at our 40-year old Home Renovation company in Fort Wayne.
- Assist with closing jobs and posting on various spreadsheets
- Bi-weekly payroll for our 50+ employees
- Assisting with preparation of financial statements each month
- Assisting with compliance work with our subcontractors
- Assisting with collection of past due accounts
- Assisting with monthly, quarterly and yearly financial filings
- Excellent work ethic
- Strong communication skills
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Experienced in accounting, financial reporting, payroll, etc.
