Executive HR/Admin

CSI Sports is recruiting for an Executive HR/ADMIN to join our multimedia company. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and project management skills and the ability to support multiple roles throughout the day.
Responsibilities:
· Organize and coordinate day-to-day office schedules, operations, and procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
· Full cycle recruiting responsibility includes creating and executing offers to candidates and manages onboarding for all new employees.
· Source and screen qualified candidates pertaining to requirements pre-determined by hiring managers, using best practices including LinkedIn, internet job boards and social media platforms.
· Provide regular status updates to senior management on recruitment for open positions by maintaining recruitment tracking and reports.
· Provide administrative support to Senior Management as needed.
· Monitor and maintain office in accordance with established policies.
· Provide general support to employees by liaising with vendors.
· Maintain and manage our credential access system.
· Manage schedules and logistics for conventions, travel, conferences, meetings, etc.
Qualifications:
· 5+ years Office Management experience (Recruiting a plus).
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Excellent writing and communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
· Attention to detail and strong time management.
· Ability to be resourceful and flexible in approach and attitude to work assignments.
