Territory Sales Manager (TSM) ensures that the needs of customers (Waste Generator) are being satisfied. The aim is to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout Cenviro.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- To work hand in hand with the environmental department and SMI.
- To provide strategy for company goals and objectives and at the same time to maintain government environmental requirements.
- To capture market share for scheduled waste management.
- Serves customers in providing service information about Scheduled Waste, transportation, disposal services and other services.
- Answer calls in a professional manner and communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter, and face to face.
- Possessing excellent product/service knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Recording all new leads, customer information in CRM/Salesforce, recording customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, comments, as well as actions taken, identifying sales opportunities and maintaining customer accounts.
- Prepare quotations & documents required by customers.
- To handle new inquiries and quotation follow-up.
- Process orders, applications, and forms.
- Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- To achieve given monthly and yearly targets.
- Follow up on debt collection.
- Develop and maintain good business relationships with customers, authorities such as DOE and Government sectors.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity in designated territory.
- Identify potential waste generators.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify targets.
- Preparation of reports: visit plan, daily report (CRM), weekly plan visit report, monthly projection etc. as requested.
- To assist OA/other TSM when they are on leave/MC.
- Network with various departments and groups that are involved in customer support, orders, and operations.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent 5 years' experience in related field.
- Ability to communicate effectively and pro-actively.
- Good teamwork, time management, self-motivated, trustworthy and possess a positive attitude.
- PC knowledge, linguistic abilities.
- Office administration.
- Must possess own transport and a valid driving license.
