Description

Overall Purpose: The Facilities Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Facilities Manager and Maintenance Department.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to the Facilities Manager
  • Procure supplies and materials based on the needs of the Maintenance department
  • Support the Maintenance department with ongoing projects
  • Complete general office admin tasks
  • Maintain excellent team-oriented working relationships among all Hydraflow employees
  • Adhere to 5S Standards
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, policies for attendance and punctuality and standards for safety

Other Duties:

  • Other duties based on the needs of the Maintenance Department

Position Requirements

Qualification Requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Must be able to perform duties and responsibilities without supervision
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Legible handwriting
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Must be able to prioritize work and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English (able to read, speak, write and understand)
  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident)

Physical Demands:

  • While performing duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to:
    • Stand

Work Environment: Work is generally performed in a variety of environments, including office, warehouse, machine shop, and outdoors, with frequent interruptions and irregularities in the work schedule

Must be a U.S. Person based on ITAR definition (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident). This position is expected to be exposed to information which is subject to U.S. export control regulations, i.e. the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All Applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of U.S. regulations.
