Job Title: Facilities Operations Coordinator
About the RoleThe Facilities Operations Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Facilities Manager and Maintenance Department. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily administrative support to the Facilities Manager, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Procure supplies and materials for the Maintenance department, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality products.
- Support the Maintenance department with ongoing projects, such as equipment maintenance and repair.
- Complete general office administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing reports.
- Maintain excellent team-oriented working relationships among all Hydraflow employees, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Adhere to 5S Standards, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements- High school education or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must be able to perform duties and responsibilities without supervision, demonstrating independence and initiative.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail essential for maintaining accurate records and completing tasks efficiently.
- Good verbal and written communication skills necessary for interacting with colleagues, management, and external partners.
- Legible handwriting required for documenting important information.
- Excellent organizational skills necessary for prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines.
- Fluent in English (able to read, speak, write, and understand).
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) based on ITAR definition.
- While performing duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Occasionally required to climb, stoop, operate and/or drive machinery, and lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Work is generally performed in a variety of environments, including office, warehouse, machine shop, and outdoors, with frequent interruptions and irregularities in the work schedule.
$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
