Process Improvement Director-HEDIS

Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). Must reside within 50 miles/1hour commute from the posted Elevance Health locations.

This Process Improvement Director-HEDIS will be responsible for enterprise HEDIS improvement and governance programs, with specific focus on HEDIS data process improvements.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement; researches, develops, and implements related best practices.
  • Develops metrics to track performance and goal achievement.
  • Serves as internal consultant relative to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identifies and develops plans to improve performance to be incorporated enterprise wide.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 10 years of process improvement experience with planning, project management, business analysis, and leadership role experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities And Experiences

  • A strong background in HEDIS data, analytics and process improvement structure strongly preferred.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
  • Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and or professional coding experience preferred.
  • Medicare/Medicaid/Commercial/Exchange line of business experience.
  • Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $102,600 to $202,500.
