The Field Sales Representative will implement business development initiatives, grow, and improve client relationship management, and generate successful sales growth. The Field Sales Representative will place a strong emphasis on managing marketing strategies, cold calling potential clients, and overall growth strategies. Responsibilities:
  • Achieve manageable targets, manage the business for each client(s) assigned, implement marketing strategies, and analyze trends and results to achieve goals.
  • Proactively plan and execute an aggressive business expansion technique and hit weekly/monthly targets.
  • Identify growing companies and industries and potential projects.
  • Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with a variety of businesses and networks.
  • Own and drive revenue growth, identify opportunities, utilize forecasting methods, and align business unit resources to secure those opportunities.
  • Meet and/or exceed Clients’ goals for sales, distribution, pricing, shelving, and promotional volume.
  • Manage sales representatives by monitoring daily tasks, providing goals, and having weekly meetings to ensure the team stays focused.
  • Expand business into bigger areas and their surrounding cities.
  • Visit client locations, ensure your clients are your main priority by making sure they are always satisfied.
  • Create and oversee a team that will work together to build relationships with clients and grow the business.
Experience:
  • Sales and Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Preferable industrial staffing sales experience.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrates commitment to meeting or exceeding customer expectations, effectively solicits and responds to the needs of the customer both external and internal.
  • Working knowledge of setting objectives, structured tasks, and establishes priorities.
  • Collaborates with others towards common group objectives, demonstrates respect for the ideas and contributions of other team members, cultivates positive relationship with other Associates, and provides assistance and support to others.
  • Strong multitasking and written/verbal communication skills.
