  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis and apply corrective actions to resolve complex issues affecting process efficiency, product quality, and safety.
  • Develop, implement, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and sustainability of improvement efforts.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess and redesign processes, tools, and workflows to increase productivity, reduce waste, and ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., AS9100, FAA regulations).
  • Drive cost-saving initiatives through process optimization and waste reduction without compromising quality or safety.
  • Facilitate Kaizen events, process mapping, and workshops to engage team members in continuous improvement efforts.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for process improvement methodologies and provide guidance and support to teams across the organization.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress, results, and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in continuous improvement or process improvement within an aerospace, manufacturing, or engineering environment.
  • Proven expertise in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt certification preferred), or similar process improvement frameworks.
  • In-depth understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes, quality systems, and regulatory standards (AS9100, FAA, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to identify trends, problems, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience in conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective/preventive actions.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts in a clear, concise manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Power BI, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in a regulated aerospace environment with knowledge of FAA and EASA compliance requirements.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and other manufacturing software tools.
  • Knowledge of advanced manufacturing techniques such as additive manufacturing or automated assembly processes.
  • Experience in data-driven decision-making and statistical process control (SPC).

Why Join Us:

  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Opportunity to work at the forefront of the aerospace industry with cutting-edge technologies.
  • An environment that promotes innovation, collaboration, and personal growth.
  • The chance to make a significant impact on our production processes and contribute to the success of the company.
