What We’re Searching For:

RallyX is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in an HR Project Manager role. This position plays a pivotal role in implementing Paylocity systems and managing payroll operations across multiple organizations within our portfolio.

Our ideal candidate is familiar with Paylocity, has been exposed to HR system implementations and understands payroll operations. You thrive in environments of change and are passionate about contributing to the success of a diverse range of business sectors.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the implementation of Paylocity across multiple businesses, ensuring seamless integration for new accounts and additional module buildouts.
  • Track implementation plans and manage a productive timeline
  • Process payroll accurately and on time for multiple organizations.
  • Manage employee files, including processing terminations and employee changes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues related to Paylocity or payroll processes.
  • Develop and document workflows, policies, and procedures to optimize payroll and HR system processes.
  • Communicate effectively with the executive team and portfolio business leaders to manage expectations and provide updates on project status.
  • Train team members and business leaders on system functionalities to maximize usability and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain HRIS vendor relationships to ensure service expectations are met and opportunities for process improvement are identified.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulatory requirements in payroll and HR processes.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in payroll administration and HR system implementation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Paylocity is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and training skills to effectively interact with employees and managers at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to work onsite in our offices is a requirement for this role.
