Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid)
Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension/Conversion)
Summary:
The Project Manager will lead and coordinate projects, applying in-depth knowledge to improve processes, resolve issues, and manage stakeholder relationships. Responsibilities include creating project plans, managing resources, tracking project costs, and overseeing change control. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as expertise in call center technologies and HR policies. The Project Manager will also handle risk management, conduct performance reviews, and collaborate with teams to identify process gaps and implement improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including risk management, stakeholder communication, and project timelines.
- Track project costs, manage resource allocation, and ensure projects stay within budget.
- Oversee the creation and execution of project documentation such as charters, plans, and issue logs.
- Lead change control processes and ensure the team adheres to project management standards.
- Serve as a liaison between business areas, clients, and regional teams to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
- Monitor service level agreements and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to team members while mentoring junior staff.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements and policy revisions to optimize project performance.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience
- 3+ years of experience using MS Project
- Demonstrate strong business knowledge including an understanding of core businesses, supporting processes, and operations.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Tertiary qualifications are desirable.
- Outstanding problem-solvers should demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail
