CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

We are a company made up of automotive enthusiasts dedicated to delighting our customers with excessive levels of speed through innovative performance products and exceptional application expertise.
We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and hard-working Customer Service Advocate to be the face and voice of 034Motorsport to our customers who need support at anytime during their purchasing experience.
The primary role of the Customer Service Advocate consists of direct communication with customers via phone calls, email, and face to face interactions regarding questions about purchasing, clarification of our policies, returns, warranties and any other request a customer could have. This position is responsible for all customer communication, from initial contact, through completion of all customer requests. Good listening skills and the ability to accurately note customer concerns is vital for success. An overall knowledge of the industry and product line will help greatly to help understand the nature of questions and solutions customers need.
We are looking for someone to work as part of a tight-knit team, where Customer Advocates work hand in hand with other sales, manufacturing, shipping and purchasing staff to quickly and accurate address all customer concerns. Required Qualifications:
- Experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the automotive aftermarket industry.
- Proficiency in writing and ability to use word processing software including email and Google Docs. Will need to excel on a written test during the interview process.
- Can-do, proactive, problem solving attitude.
- Drive for positive and professional communication with others - both team members and customers.
- Ability to follow and embrace policies and procedures to ensure consistent department function and quality.
- Good overall mechanical aptitude, and ability to understand how parts and systems work.
- A positive attitude, a willingness to work hard and a self-motivated personality.
- A sense of urgency to consistently exceed customer expectations.
- Hours are for this position are full time 9 AM – 6 PM Monday through Friday.
